Landri and Brandon met at the University of Arkansas in 2020 through a mutual friend. The two became close friends before the COVID-19 pandemic started in March and from then on, they were inseparable!
Brandon proposed on March 11th, 2023 at Sassafras Springs Vineyard in Springdale. He planned a nice birthday dinner for Landri, and little did she know her friends and family would be joining them to celebrate.
The two were engaged for 20 months and quickly came across the newest venue in Northwest Arkansas, The Grand at Willow Springs.
“When we first looked it was nothing but a slab of concrete,” Landri said. “The Walker family showed us all the plans for the wedding venue and we quickly fell in love!”
Q&A
Q: What inspired your florals?
A: “Florals were a big deal to me and I knew I wanted a lot of flowers,” Landri said. “I wanted the flowers to be a big part of our color pallet! Also, I wanted flowers hanging from the ceiling and got inspiration from a prior wedding to do the hanging orbs! The ceremony flowers were more floral heavy and the flowers lining the aisle.”
Q: What moment of the day do you wish you could relive over and over again?
A: “I wish I could relive the whole day over and over again,” Landri said. “It truly has been my favorite day, if I had to pick one moment it would probably be doing our private vows! That moment and the words shared between Brandon and me are something that I will always cherish. Brandon’s favorite moment was when they opened doors for me to walk down the aisle!”
Q: What surprised you about wedding planning?
A: “The most surprising thing for me was how far in advance we were booking things,” Landri said. “Our wedding venue being in Northwest Arkansas we knew we wanted the majority of our vendors to be local. If there are certain vendors that brides want to work contact them as soon as possible to get on their books for your big day!”

Autumn Wedding Bliss
“Our wedding day look was a colorful fall wedding with deeper colors,” Landri said. “We wanted it to be colorful but also bring in the beauty of the trees changing outside by doing those deeper colors.”
Something Old Shines
“For our rehearsal dinner the night before I wore my great-grandmother’s pearls,” Landri said. “Also, in our flat lay pictures were the same pearls and her brooch.”
