Bailey and Ben met through their families back in 2015 in Jonesboro, but it took a few years for their friendship to blossom into something more. The couple fell in love in the summer of 2021 when Ben had just moved to Fayetteville and Bailey was preparing to leave for medical school in July. That didnโt stop themโ they started dating right before her big move.
โWeโve now been together for four wonderful years, navigating long-distance at first, then building our life together back in Northwest Arkansas, and now [weโre] together in Charleston, South Carolina, for my residency.โ
After dating for several years, Ben finally asked Bailey to marry him in the most romantic way possible. He planned the proposal in a spot that held a special meaning to them in Fayetteville. Although Bailey had no idea what was coming, Ben had been planning this moment for months with help from their friends and family.
Ben and Bailey celebrated that night with their loved ones at a surprise party organized by her mom. โIt was such a perfect, unforgettable night,โ Bailey said.

Q: What inspired your wedding day look?
A: โFor my wedding day look, I was really drawn to the idea of something timeless and classic, which is why I chose lace. It just felt so elegant and feminine.โ Bailey said. โInitially, I wasnโt planning on adding the scarf, but when I tried it on, it completely transformed the look. It added to the whimsical and romantic feel that I also had in my flowers.โ
Q: Why did you decide to go with the vibe of your wedding?
A: โFor the vibe of our wedding, we wanted something that truly reflected who we are. We chose Northwest Arkansas for its natural beauty and charm,โ Bailey said. โWe also knew we wanted the celebration to take place outside so everything could feel relaxed and open. We envisioned flowers that were fun and vibrant.โ

Honoring Ben’s Mom
When Benโs mother passed away in 2021, the couple decided on several different ways to honor her legacy at the wedding. Benโs sister, Mallory, walked him down the aisle, and the siblings lit a candle in her memory during the ceremony. The candle burned all through the evening festivities, serving as a beautiful and sentimental reminder of her presence. โIt added a deeply touching and personal moment to our day,โ Bailey said.

Northwest Arkansas Garden Party
โOur florals were inspired by the idea of a whimsical garden party brought to life through bold color and rich texture,โ Bailey said. โWe wanted the arrangements to feel vibrant, expressive, and full of personality, yet still in harmony with the overall aesthetic of the day.โ
