Real Wedding: Natalie Thimgan & Cameron Schaefer

Natalie Thimgan & Cameron Schaefer

May 10, 2025 | Stone Chapel At Mattlane Farm In Fayetteville | Shalae Byrd Photography

Natalie and Cameron grew up just down the street from one another, but their paths didn’t cross until much later. They both attended college three hours away from home, and officially met and became friends through social events and functions. Eventually, they started dating and have been together for over seven years.

On their fifth anniversary, Cameron planned a beautiful date night for the two of them. The couple went out to a fancy restaurant and watched the sunset together, then he dropped down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Afterward, Natalie found out her close friends were waiting and recording the entire thing! “It was really sweet to share that moment with them,” Natalie said.
