Brooke Bradford & Jeffrey Marley
June 21, 2025 | Plentywoods Venue in Elkins | Emily Hendrick Photography
Brooke and Jeffrey have different stories about how the couple met. If you ask Brooke, sheโd say they met over FaceTime through mutual friends. If you ask Jeffrey, heโd say they met for the first time at a livestock show. Though both are technically true, their love story doesnโt truly begin until much later. She became fast friends with Jeffrey and his twin brother, and the three were seemingly inseparable throughout their time at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
โI slowly began to develop a small crush on Jeffrey, but never thought it could turn romantic,โ Brooke said.
After graduation, Jeffrey moved away to work on a ranch in Oregon, and Brooke was still finishing school in Northwest Arkansas. The two stayed in touch despite the distance, and her feelings for him only grew. Brooke convinced him to move back to Arkansas in 2022, and the two began dating shortly after.
Three years later, they tied the knot and got their happily ever after.

Q&A
Q: Did you have anything sentimental at your wedding day?
A: โWe wrote each of our guests thank you cards and acknowledged their role in our lives and our love for them,โ Brooke said. โWe also opted not to do any speeches, but instead Jeffrey and I gave a speech about our families and thanked everyone for loving us so well. It was the sweetest part of the night!โ
Q: What inspired your wedding day?
A: โOur cocktail hour was described as Dolly Partonโs version of a food and wine festival,โ Brooke said. โWe had live country music, custom wine blends and cocktails, and three food stations for guests to explore. Every part of our wedding was designed to give our guests the most comfortable and authentic experience possible. We didnโt want it to feel formal or fancy, we just wanted it to look and feel like us – warm, southern and full of life.โ
Q: What surprised you about wedding planning?
A: โMaybe it was the pressure of working in the industry or having a decent local social media following, but it was really hard for me to make decisions sometimes because I cared so deeply about putting forward a wedding that was not only beautiful but experienced like a dream for our guests.โ
