Our very own writer, Katelyn Allen, met her fiancé, Carter Shields, at Harding University in 2018 and began dating in January 2019!
They quickly became best friends while studying abroad together in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Cambodia and Japan in 2018. Katelyn confessed her feelings to Carter on his birthday in 2019 and, to her surprise, the feelings were mutual!
Four years later, they’re tying the knot on their anniversary in February 2023 at Anthony Chapel.
