Arkansas’ own Tiffany Dover is a finalist in the Lazare Diamond pre-holiday Contest, in which one lucky winner will take home the grand-prize of an ideal cut, laser-inscribed Lazare Diamond ring (pictured).
Lazare Kaplan International Inc. recently announced the three finalists from their pre-holiday contest, whose fates are now in the hands of their friends, family and the general public to win the grand prize.
After a month of submissions from across the country, a panel of judges selected the three finalists based on their unique and heartfelt stories.
Here is Tiffany’s entry: “My husband gave me the ideal proposal and I couldn’t have asked for more! My husband is in the army and we were engaged before his tour in Iraq started. During his first month in Iraq, I received two boxes from him in the same day. One box said to open it first, so I did. It had a DVD in it, so I put it in the DVD player, and there was my husband telling me all kinds of lovely things and he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. The other box contained a ring. Of course I said yes. That was most definitely the most romantic proposal ever!”
Vote for Tiffany now through Nov. 6 at Contest.LazareDiamonds.com, as well as on the Lazare Diamond Facebook page.
On Nov. 6, the finalists will head to their local participating Lazare Diamond retailers (Bachendorf’s in Plano, Texas; Roberson’s Fine Jewelry in Little Rock, and Long Jewelers in Virginia Beach, Virginia), where the Grand Prize will be awarded to one of them
The other two finalists are: John Sarver of Texas and Allison Maliniak of Virginia. To vote for your favorite, our very own Arkansas bride finalist, of course, go to Contest.LazareDiamonds.com.
