Vintage Glam Decor: Ideas from A Southern Tradition of Conway

Brides often ask me how to create a vintage-inspired wedding.  Let me start by saying vintage glamour is one of my absolute favorites for a wedding – probably because it takes its cue from romance!

I always say your wedding theme starts with your invitation and for a vintage wedding I love throwback stationary styles – letterpress printing and tea stained paper completed with a wax seal – I get excited just thinking about it!

I persoanally love a bride in a lace gown, a groom in a gray suit and the wedding party in rich colors – think aubergine, crimson, garnet. When it comes to vintage glamour, you’ve got to have a little glitz.  Crystal centerpieces, hanging chandeliers and scores of candles are really all you need to create a romantic atmosphere.

If you are planning a vintage-inspired wedding, take note from this couple who unquestionably nailed vintage glamour!  Beth and Zack rented several items from us for their big day.  The aisle markers with the hanging crystal votives and crystal centerpieces are spectacular.  These photos of their wedding absolutely took my breath away!

Beth and Zack, Congratulations on your recent marriage!  I wish you both a very happy life together.
