We just heard the The Bridal Cottage in North Little Rock was the victim of a car accident. We don’t know much of the details yet, aside from one important fact that all Bridal Cottage staff members are safe. Phew!! KARK Channel 4 posted news of the story and three pictures of the accident, here.
Here’s what the The Bridal Cottage staff posted just a bit ago on their Facebook wall:
“Clients and personnel: There was a traffic accident at the store today and thankfully all employees were unharmed. We are currently in the process of talking with investigators and emergency personnel to survey the extent of the damage. Updates will be posted as they become available. At this time it is not believed that any damage was done to any items in storage or in the back of the building. We will keep our clients posted as more information becomes available.”
Here’s what KARK Channel 4 News had to say about the accident:
“North Little Rock police say the dump truck ran a red light and hit a Jeep Cherokee, then ran into The Bridal Cottage and a second business. Witnesses say a grandmother and her two grandkids were inside the SUV. Police say those three have been transported to a local hospital, but there are no reports on their injuries at this time. Employees inside The Bridal Cottage were not injured. No one was in the second business.”
