From the cake and the views to the florals and custom denim jacket, we love every detail from Dominic Rose and Sarah Sumpter’s beautiful elopement.
“Dominic and I had been planning the wedding of our dreams for months before the COVID-19 craziness began. The thought of moving our wedding was crushing, but overall we knew the COVID pandemic was bigger than the two of us. Because we didn’t want to put our friends and family in danger, we decided to postpone our May 2nd wedding celebration to a later date. It was a tough decision, but after we realized the situation was out of our control, we decided to stay positive and create the best possible outcome! For us, that was a beautiful elopement at Petit Jean State Park on our original date of May 2nd that held so much meaning to Dominic and I. We celebrated the start of our marriage in the best way — with our parents, siblings, cake and champagne. Knowing we’d get to celebrate all over again in a couple of months with our friends and family made it that much sweeter!”
