Camille and Brody met at a local bar in Fayetteville while they were out with friends. Camille sat at a table in front of him, and he walked right up to her and asked her to dance. Swoon! It was then that Brody knew Camille was the one, and he never wanted to stop getting to know her.
โShe was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen, and I couldnโt resist asking her to dance,โ Brody said.
Brody proposed to Camille on her 23rd birthday. He planned a picnic for the two of them under a gazebo in Bentonville. He prepared lunch for her and asked her to make a wish while lighting the candle on her cake.
โAfter I blew out the candle, he looked me straight in the eyes and said, โI hope this is what you wished for.โ Then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him,โ Camille said. โIt was so sweet and intimate.โ

Q & A
Q: What was your favorite moment of the day?
A: โ…Right after the ceremony, Brody and I went back to the Bridal suite to take in the fact that we just got married,โ Camille said โIt was surreal, and we were both so happy and giddy. It was nice to take a moment to ourselves and soak up the fact we get to spend the rest of our lives together.โ
Q: What personalizations did you plan for the wedding day?
A: โI had each guestโs name and meal printed out on tags and then tied them to mini disco balls,โ Camille said. โEach disco ball was placed on top of the plate and served as a reminder of what they requested for their meal, but the disco ball was also a party favor. I figured my guests could use the disco balls as a Christmas ornament or key chains.โ
Q: Was there a special detail from your decor that sticks out to you the most?
A: โI adored my macaron tower from Alchemy Macaron,โ Camille said. โI worked there for many years and got close to the owners, so when I asked for a pink macaron tower, they went above and beyond. It was an ombrรฉ pink tower, which tied in well with the different shades of pink in my flowers.โ
Q: What is your secret to wedding planning success?
A: โTrust the process,โ Camille said. โI got a lot of weird looks when I told people the theme and vibe of my wedding, but when it was time to put everything together, it was beautiful!โ
Q: What inspired your color palette?
A: โMy love for the color pink inspired my color palette,โ Camille said. โI had a hard time just picking one or two shades of pink, and I wanted my bridesmaids to pick the shade they felt best in, so I decided to do different shades of pink. I also love sparkles, so I knew that I wanted disco balls to be part of the theme, so I wanted to add silver here and there with the pink.โ

โBrody and I did a slow dance with my wedding gown, and after dinner, I switched into my fun, sparkly dress, and we surprised the guests with a dance we learned,โ Camille said. โThe wedding party was told to jump in at a certain point, and it then got all the other guests on the dance floor!

โBrody loved the venue, and there were no questions after he told me that that would be where we got married,โ Camille said. โWe loved the windows inside; it was a very modern vibe, and that is what we wanted.โ
