Theera Rojanapremsuk, from Bangkok, Thailand, met Mountain Home native Michael Clarke as they were pursing their careers in the medical field. After dating for five years, Michael proposed while the couple vacationed in Yosemite National Park.
The Inspiration
Michael’s family home was the perfect location for their intimate backyard wedding. The couple chose fall for the beautiful colors and Theera worked with their wedding planner, Buzz Event Planning & Design, to incorporate shades of burgundy and gold throughout their ceremony and reception.

Theera let Buzz Event Planning & Design take the reins with planning, but added her own personal touches. She loves balloons, which made an appearance in the ceremony. The couple lives in Laguna Hills, California and says many weekends are spent at Disneyland, so Theera surprised Michael with the recessional song “Kiss the Girl” from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. Theera and Michael also had a s’mores bar to represent Michael’s memories of camping out with his family.
