Los Angeles residents Stephanie Powers and Randy Ferrell met while working on the TV show “True Hollywood Story.” Six years later, after a surprise proposal and an exhaustive wedding venue search, the couple decided to leave The Golden State behind to exchange their vows at the beautiful Anthony Chapel, nestled serenely in The Natural State.
The Details
The Ferrells started with the goal of a classic black and white palette, but when matching shades of white proved more difficult than imagined, they added light pinks in overlays, table runners and lighting to break up the contrast.
Stephanie and Randy wanted a special experience from the moment guests walked in the door, starting with the photo book they asked attendees to sign. They ditched the unity candle for a handcrafted hourglass instead; made sure their pup was well represented in the photos used for table numbers and even punched things up with origami paper flowers.
Randy showed off his great style with two separate looks for the ceremony and reception. He also sported a pair of black sparkly loafers to complement Stephanie’s glittering 5-inch heels.
