Real Dardanelle Wedding: Samantha Davis & Danny Harrington of North Little Rock

Little Rock’s Samantha Davis first met Danny Harrington of North Little Rock while she was doing a show at the Arkansas Arts Center Children’s Theatre with his sister. Danny was 15, Samantha was 13 and it didn’t take long until the two teens made a connection. However, it wasn’t until six years later, after losing contact and a string of serendipitous circumstances, that Danny and Samantha reconnected at a bonfire.

When he knew he was ready to propose, Danny got longtime friend and photographer Stephanie Parsley in on the plan. He convinced Samantha that Stephanie just needed some models for a photoshoot. When he got down on one knee in the middle of the shoot, she was entirely caught off guard and Stephanie captured the whole thing. As for wedding planning, finding a starting point was easy for Samantha. Danny gave her a seafoam green headband when they were dating that quickly became her favorite. The couple chose that shade, as well as gold and cream to accentuate their bohemian, woodland nuptials.
