Over 2,000 tons of Napoleon grey marble was used in the construction of Greystone Estate, with more than 16,000 square feet of museum-quality construction. A magnificent entry features huge marble pillars and the long tree-lined drive winds through this wooded, parklike setting studded with massive pine trees. Huge rooms flow together into a two-story great room, perfect for a micro-wedding or elopement. The banquet dining hall features walls of burled mahogany and overlooks a spectacular waterfront setting and the commercial gourmet kitchen features every conceivable luxury and plenty of space for your caterer. The Black Oak Morning Room has a floating staircase leading to the master suite, with a 29' x 20' Bedroom, 20' x 26' Sitting Room, and luxurious baths of Norwegian rose marble. Several guest suites, game room, study, extensive Vermont slate decking, imported marbles, exotic hardwoods and Austrian crystal chandeliers. Our large outdoor patio can accommodate events with guests of up to 200 and any indoor events must not exceed 25 guests.
