We are Flourish Coffee Company and welcome to the journey. Our journey started in 2016 when the owners, Anna and Taylor Moseley began their career together in the cafe Midnight Oil Coffeehouse in Searcy, Arkansas. Since the first day on the scene they knew they wanted to dwell within the creative and unlimited culture of coffee. After they graduated college they moved around a bit. Working at multiple shops which allowed them to experience variation and understand that coffee can be whatever the maker wants it to be. They finally landed at Onyx Coffee Lab in Rogers, Arkansas. This is where their understanding of the coffee culture truly took off. At Onyx, they learned about everything from seed to cup, the processes in between, and the effects of the industry on the farmers. Due to the transparency Onyx displayed, Anna and Taylor were able to find a deeper love for this industry and the people within it.
Everyone plays a vital role in making a cup of coffee. The seventh generation farmer in Guatemala who pours everything he has into having a healthy harvest, to the end user buying a cappuccino from a cafe, we all play a vital role to this beautiful culture. It is up to us to continue with the education about the culture and ensure its prosperity.
It is from these lessons that we here at Flourish strive to make education available to anyone wishing to play a more intimate role within this rich culture. From the person just trying coffee for the first time to the coffee professional looking for like minded content to enjoy, we invite you all on this journey to seek knowledge and share a cup of bean juice with us because together we are better.
