A 1920s building with original brick and mortar walls. Currently updated with HVAC, new sound system and patio area that's partially covered. Included in the building is a roasting facility, on-site catering kitchen, bocce ball court and beer garden. The entire Bakery District can hold up to approximately 1,500 people. Cost is case by case bases. We are happy to meet everyone's specific needs.
