After owning successful restaurants (Schilleci's New Orleans Kitchen), one of the Top Restaurants in The Woodlands, Texas, he moved on to do more personal services by creating Local Gourmet and filming two cooking shows. In 2021 he was married to an amazing woman in Cabot, Arkansas and sold his businesses. He since has started offering his personal services again in central Arkansas.
