As we head into the second half of our 25th anniversary year and debut our second celebratory edition, I can’t help but think about milestones. Epic events in Arkansas Bride’s history, landmark moments in our personal relationships (our publisher Rachel Bradbury just got engaged!) and unforgettable wedding memories you, dear brides, will soon create and treasure the rest of your lives.
I reviewed more than 10,000 Arkansas wedding photos for this issue (you can see why it’s so hard to choose — phew!). Each and every album holds milestone-moments captured that caused me to linger, o-o-h and a-a-h or holler for Devan, our marketing manager, to come see the preciousness too.
Get excited. Your milestone day is coming soon. Don’t rush the planning, relish every single second. Be present in the moment on the big day. And it will fly by, so please hire a great videographer. Trust me on this: You will want to relive every moment (even the mishaps) when it’s all over.
