Maumelle Engagement: Jennie Diaz of El Paso & Tony Warrior of Little Rock

Maumelle residents Jennie Diaz of El Paso and Tony Warrior of Little Rock are engaged to be married Nov. 17 at Park on the River in Maumelle.

Jennie sent us the sweet story of how their love got started:

Neither of us were searching for what we found. It was all divine planning that our broken roads straightened out on the same narrow path. Tony and I are both in our 30s. We have had many life-changing experiences. It was actually through falling to my knees one night and asking God to show me an example of how he wanted me to live that I saw him. I wasn’t looking for love, I was looking for a light. God placed this strong, confident, beautiful (really beautiful!) man in my life named Tony Warrior. That is my side of our story. I was given a divine gift to cherish for the rest of my life.
