Etienne and I are both French and we met here in Little Rock a little over a year ago. We work for the same company and we instantly felt that we were made for each other. We got engaged in Playa Del Carmen on March 30. He proposed in this beautiful resort in Playa during dinner and it was very romantic! We Skyped with our families the next morning to let them know about the big news!
