Kirsten Carlton of Little Rock and Ted Fredrich of El Dorado are engaged! They got engaged during the fourth game of the world series in Arlington, TX! The happy couple plans to wed February 11, 2012 in the Anthony Chapel at Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs.
