The Fordyce Ricks Estate in Hot Springs is offering venues for your next wedding, reception, or engagement party.
The pavilion facility is a 2,500 square-foot event hall that includes four restrooms and a caterer’s kitchen. There is also a 770 square-foot patio for additional seating. It provides facilities to allow for music and dancing. Depending on the arrangement, the pavilion seats an average of 160 people.
Next to the pavilion is a 5,000 square-foot lawn, including a flagstone aisle that leads to an elevated terrace. The terrace serves as a great focal point for wedding ceremonies.
The Fordyce Ricks Estate can supply props from its rental department such as trellises for backgrounds and dance-floor lighting. If they don’t have it, they will help you locate what you’re looking for.
