Osmonetta McRae, who’s originally from Camden, Ark., and Roland Beard, who’s originally from Shreveport, La., are engaged! She said “Yes!” on Dec. 1, 2010, and now the couple, who currently reside in Little Rock, plan to wed on Aug. 6, 2011.
