We’re two months away!
As I’m trying to wrap up all the final details, I keep trying to remember everything I need to have on the day of the wedding. I’ve been doing some research to see what brides forget, so I can make my list to ensure I don’t forget anything.
Here’s my list of things to remember on my wedding day:
- Marriage certificate (I hear it’s the number one things brides forget)
- Extra copies of the vows
- Hair and make-up tools/accessories/supplies (and extras!)
- The overnight bag (I plan on making sure it’s in the car, ready to go, when we leave the reception)
- An extra pair of shoes
- The rings
- The garment bag for my gown
- A list of shots for the photographer/videographer
- Undergarments to wear under the dress
- A contact list for all the vendors
- Back-up music
- An emergency kit (I’ve packed one for every wedding I’ve been in—and they’ve always come in handy!)
- A button down or wide-neck shirt to have hair and make-up done in
- Medications
- Back-up boutonniere
- Extra cash (for tips, etc.)
- Toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste are a must)
I can already tell you that I would’ve forgotten several of these things had I not done my research.
Brides, is there anything else I should have on my list? Tell me in the comment box below!
