Ashley Boccarossa of Little Rock and Gabe McNatt of North Little Rock are tying the knot on June 2 at Holy Souls Catholic Church in Little Rock, where the couple lives.
They met in college through mutual friends and dated for 6 1/2 years before Gabe popped the question.
Ashley said, “He knew he wasn’t going to be able to surprise me so he just did it when I would least expect it. After some friends had been over and the night was winding down, [two of our friends] were the only ones left. He quietly went to his room and got the ring then came out to the living room and got down on one knee. I began crying saying yes, then he began crying, then our two friends began crying. It was a perfect moment and I wouldn’t ask for anything better.”
