TIA BOOTH & TAYLOR MOCK
Nov. 4, 2023 | Diamond Creek Farm | Nashville | Lela & Lyla
Tia was born in Weiner, Arkansas and attended Arkansas State University. A few years after graduation, Tia appeared on the 22nd season of The Bachelor, and reappeared for two more seasons of Bachelor in Paradise. She quickly developed a large fan following because of her charming and genuine personality, and eventually moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she later met her now husband, Taylor.
They met at a going away party for one of her friends and instantly hit it off. Taylor was relatively new to Nashville and randomly found himself at the party, unknowingly about to meet the love of his life. The couple struck up a conversation and soon became “best friends.” A few months of getting to know each other led to a mutual confession of feelings and the beginning of their great love story.
Tia knew Taylor was the one when he wasn’t easily pushed away, even when she tried to. “He can handle a lot, and he is my perfect match,” Tia said.
Taylor knew Tia was the one after the first time they kissed, which was the third time they went out. “I love that he knew so early,” she said.
The couple’s engagement came as a complete surprise to Tia, and only nine short days later did they find out they were pregnant with their son, Tatum. They postponed the wedding a year, and they are so thankful Tatum was there to spend the day with them.

Q & A
Q: What was your favorite moment of the day, and why?
A: “I have so many favorites, it’s so hard to pick just one,” Tia said. “The first look was so special. Seeing Taylor in tears throughout the ceremony, Tatum in his tux, my special dance with Tatum and the fireworks! Our best decision was absolutely the late-night hotdogs.”
Q: What detail of the day were you most looking forward to?
A: “I really looked forward to having a private last dance with just Taylor and I,” Tia said. “I picked the song, so it was a surprise. Taylor had tears running down his face! I was so surprised it made him emotional, but it was sweet seeing him so grateful for all of the thought I put into planning.”
Q: Why did you decide on these colors and florals?
A: “Black and white is my vibe for everything,” Tia said. “I gave Tanarah Luxe Floral and Jessika McCuin the color palette I wanted and they took it from there! You can’t go wrong with white florals and the team did [not disappoint]. My jaw was on the floor when I saw the reception space.”
Q: What did guests rave about to you about the wedding?
A: “Everyone loved the band,” Tia said. “Georgia Bridgewater is fierce and had everyone on the dance floor all night. We also had so many people tell us how emotional they were during the ceremony which is really special because it means the love we have for each other is palpable.”
Q: Tell us about the sparkler send-off.
A: “It was incredible! My dad used to do a firework show for the 4th of July, so I thought it would be special to have that as our send-off,” Tia said. “The cold sparks are on another level. I wish I could have those at every event from now on. Such a crowd-pleaser.”
Q: What was your most worth-it splurge?
A: “It was incredible! My dad used to do a firework show for the 4th of July, so I thought it would be special to have that as our send-off,” Tia said. “The cold sparks are on another level. I wish I could have those at every event from now on. Such a crowd-pleaser.”
Q: How did you feel when you put your gown on for the first time?
A: “I’ve always imagined a long-sleeved dress and when I found one that also had a high neck, I was sold,” Tia said. “Anne Barge made the process so easy. The lace detail also reminds me of my mom’s wedding dress and I feel like it’s such a classic yet unique look.”
Q: Tell us about your wedding inspiration!
A: “I didn’t really know what details I wanted, but I knew I wanted a classic, cool, moody vibe,” Tia said. “Everything was absolute perfection, so I have my planner and wedding pro team to thank for that!”
