Here's what you can do to stand out amongst the hundreds of submissions we get each issue...
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
#1. Make sure to provide every vendor name possible who contributed to your wedding!
We ask that you do this so we can feature and credit as many vendor names as possible with your wedding feature. They put in so much time and effort to make your wedding day perfect–they deserve the credit! Make sure their names (especially the photographer's business name!) are spelled correctly.
#2. Double-check that your gallery link works!
There is nothing worse than getting a wedding submission and the gallery link is broken!
#3. Include your gallery download pin/access pin in the submission, as well!
With how many real weddings we are submitted every issue, we hate to skip any beautiful weddings because we cannot access the link or download the images. Please make sure to include all of these things for us so we can squeal over how swoon-worthy your wedding day was!
#4. Check out our favorite vendor list in the back of every Arkansas Bride magazine!
We love to highlight our favorite vendors throughout our Real Wedding section for every issue! These are trusted, high-quality Arkansas wedding vendors we trust and recommend to every couple.
#5. Read our rules for submitting!
We have a few rules for couples wanting to submit their wedding to be considered for a feature in Arkansas Bride...
a. Check with your photographer first! Your images are their property, make sure they are okay with their work being printed in our magazine. We always send a release form for you and your photographer to sign before the issue is printed.
b. Low image galleries or images with watermarks cannot be considered.
c. Photos should be fully edited, and please do not submit condensed galleries. We like to see as many details from the day as possible!
d. We want first dibs on your wedding! This means, if you've already been featured or are planning on being featured in multiple regional/Arkansas magazines, we cannot feature your wedding in our magazine. We like to have new, never-seen-before content!
e. Submitting your gallery to us means you are giving us permission to use these images (crediting the photographer, of course!) in our magazine, on social media and in promotional content!
