A most romantic proposal included Scott taking Laura to their new home being built on a ridge overlooking the family farm. He wanted to show her something new for their home. He blind-folded her and guided her downstairs where he had arranged roses in the shape of a heart and filled the inside with rose petals and outlined the heart with two rows of lit candles. When Laura took her blindfold off, she was speechless as Scott was on one knee with a promise of friendship, love and a future as one together.
