Kristi Breeding of Little Rock and Brian Haley of Gassville are engaged to be married Oct. 13 at Belgian Meadows Farm in Little Rock.
They say they met more than seven years ago in a chance encounter at Cold Stone Creamery, and after dating for six years they’ve decided to tie the knot.
“We are best friends that have become so much more. We have spent so much time getting to know one another and now have decided to spend the rest of our lives together!”
