We want to say a special “Thank you” to Alda’s Magnolia Hill for graciously lending us their antique red velvet chaise for use in our recent bridal fashion shoot, “Red Haute.” The luxurious pop of red velvet really added to the spread, and we just want to again say thank you to Alda’s for letting us use their famous chaise.
Famous? Well, sort of. You may have seen this chair before in some other bridals, like this one shot by Grant Harrison Photography, which we featured in our latest issue in the Photographer Favorites section.
Did you know you can use it, too? That’s right. Even if you’re not planning a wedding at Alda’s Magnolia Hill, you can schedule your bridal portriats there. For $95, you are granted use of “the dock, pool ivy wall, the Grand Swing, wooden bridge, the secret garden, and assorted antique furniture (the red velvet chaise) in the pasture and open fields.” All that, and you still hire the photographer of your choice!
It’s a pretty sweet deal. And it might be something to consider when you’re thinking about your bridal portraits.
