At 27, I’ve worn a lot of hats—actor, nonprofit founder, Creative Pastor—but a camera has always been in my hands. With my background in the entertainment industry as an actor, I learned early on how powerful storytelling can be when it moves you emotionally. I started photographing weddings while working in ministry, and it just clicked. Everything I loved—people, storytelling, creativity—found a home in photography. I approach my work with a cinematic storytelling lens, blending nostalgia and editorial flair to create images that feel as moving as they look. I’m drawn to the in-between moments: a father wiping a tear, glances between newlyweds, the joy on the dance floor. I often use Super 8 to capture highlights and bring an emotional, film-like quality to each couple’s story. To me, photography isn’t transactional—it’s emotional storytelling that captures not just how a day looked, but how it felt.
