At just 26, Kaitlyn Ramsey started her own wedding planning business, Ramsey & Company Weddings & Events, after a lifelong love of planning. She first stepped into the planning business in 2019 when she moved to New Orleans as a wedding coordinator and innkeeper. When COVID-19 hit, Kaitlyn decided to return home to Little Rock and open a business of her own.
Kaitlyn’s dad was in a prominent Arkansas band that would often play for weddings and big events. Her dad would bring her along to help him “set up,” but he really knew she loved to watch the planners at work, rushing around and creating the beautiful atmosphere. Today, Kaitlyn gets to be that person running around making sure every detail is perfect—and she loves every minute of it.
