Meet Taylor Holmes, Owner of Holmes Media

Meet Taylor Holmes, owner of Holmes Media LLC. She started her photography business 10 years ago and has never looked back!

She took on Holmes Media LLC full-time two years ago, and her business has been flourishing.

“I pride myself on being a photographer that clients/vendors can feel comfortable with, and I work diligently to ensure that my couples have fun,” Taylor says. “It’s so important to me that my couples actually take time to soak in the joy of those beautiful moments.”

She describes her photography style as eclectic, fun and vibrant – and we couldn’t agree more!

“The art, culture, and history of the world around me! When I’m in a creative rut, I take my camera and just go,” Taylor says. “I let it lead me wherever it wants – sometimes outside in nature, other times in the studio trying something new.”

Holmes Media LLC offers three wedding packages for her couples:

The Basics Package includes the ceremony and family/party photos.

The Essentials Package includes eight hours of full wedding day coverage.

The Works Package includes eight hours of wedding coverage and both engagement and bridal/boudoir shoots prior to the wedding day.

“I’m someone who can connect with just about anyone, and I love that about myself,” Taylor says. “I carry this small superpower with me to every shoot and wedding!”

The DeCantillon Venue is Now Open!

“Your wedding deserves more than just a venue—it deserves a setting that feels like it was made for your story. At The DeCantillon, the river becomes your backdrop, the city skyline becomes your canvas, and every detail is designed to surround you with beauty and ease. It’s not just where you get married—it’s where your forever begins.”

The Decantillon broke ground in July 2025 and is now open for couples to tour and book 2026/2027 weddings. The first wedding will take place in May 2026 for the venue manager, Sophie Miller, and her fiancé, Ethan DeMarco.

The Italian countryside-inspired venue sits on the Arkansas River in North Little Rock, with stunning views. The ballroom holds up to 300 guests with a shimmering chandelier, concrete floors, and windows overlooking the river. Just steps away from the Ballroom sits The Katherine House, an intimate setting that holds the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite, plus a bar and middle-ground meeting space for families to hang out or intimate receptions.

Spring/Summer 2026 Issue Out Now: From My Heart to Yours

This issue of Arkansas Bride is a tribute to a challenging year for our team, marked by profound loss. In June, we mourned Ralph Bradbury Sr., the father of our publisher, Rachel, and in August, I said goodbye to my grandmother, Paula Neel (Nannie).

Photo Credit: Paula Littleton Neel, 1965

While these losses have left us eager to leave 2025 behind, they’ve also inspired us to honor our loved ones in all that we do. For this issue, my grandmother’s essence, as a lifelong lover of romance and movies shaped every page. She found beauty and romance in every aspect of life. The days following a loss are often filled with revisiting old photographs, planning memorials and sharing stories—some familiar and others heard for the very first time. I’ve always cherished the story of how my grandparents met: Mike Neel worked at the Dallas Morning News, and Paula Littleton sold paper. One fateful day, they met over the phone and she instantly fell in love with his voice. They’d been together ever since.

ON THE COVER
Photography: Jason Masters
Model: Gaige Hooper
Dress: Jessica’s Bridal & Formal
Hair Stylist: Lori Wenger

My grandmother’s love for romance movies has influenced my own. Our Bridal Fashion Section is inspired by these now-nostalgic films, and we’ve curated a list of must-watch movies to enjoy before you say ‘I do’!

Not only was I inspired by my grandmother’s bridal portraits from 1964, but our team shared images of their family members’ weddings, as well. Before selling paper, my grandmother was a stewardess, traveling the country while living in a tiny apartment in New York City with (what seemed like) a million other girls.

Our Tablescape Section showcases popular honeymoon destinations curated by our lovely partner, Island Bridal Travel. Couples can be inspired by anything for their wedding day decor, including their dream romantic honeymoon travels.

In the end, weddings inspired by childhood memories, nostalgia and treasured family heirlooms remind us that love is deeply rooted in our past. By blending the past with the present, couples create celebrations that are not only beautiful but profoundly meaningful—honoring family, memory and the timeless traditions that shape their story together. As you pore through these pages, I hope you discover something not just in these families’ stories, but also your own.
