Practicing social distancing doesn't have to mean skipping your workout.

For brides-to-be who have been sweating for the wedding, now's not the time to take it easy. As the wise Elle Woods once said, "exercise gives you endorphins and endorphins make you happy!" And we could all use a little of that right now.

Our friend and co-owner of Tesori Lindsey Stavely is also a fitness maven who created the awesome Camp Cut in northwest Arkansas. We asked her to put together an at-home workout to keep you toned and get those endorphins flowing. Lindsey also created a video showing her going through each block so you know exactly how to do each exercise.
