Rachel Hildebrand and Matthew Kane's love story began when Rachel walked into Ciao Baci in Little Rock. Matthew had just moved back home from Colorado. Matthew mustered up the courage to talk to Rachel and before the night was over, he asked Rachel to be his date the next night at a party for Pleasant Valley Country Club’s Four-Ball Tournament.
The next night, Rachel and Matthew walked into the party, and the first guest they encountered asked Rachel if she was Matthew’s girlfriend. She laughed, and Matthew said, “I’m working on it, man.” A few hours later, most of the guests had departed to the clubhouse for the remainder of the celebration. Rachel and Matthew remained behind, took off their shoes, and walked barefoot out onto the golf course. Later, just as if Matthew had arranged it all, fireworks began going off above them. And like in a real-life Hollywood movie, they had their first kiss.
The two will say their I Dos at Trinity Episcopal followed by a reception at the Country Club of Little Rock on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
