Stephanie Singleton and Justin McCarty are making it official, y'all!
Justin proposed to Stephanie in downtown Little Rock the morning before she ran the Little Rock Half Marathon. After picking up Stephanie's race packed from the Statehouse Convention Center, the couple drove around to map out the path of the race. They ended up behind the convention center, where Justin paused their walk by the river to get on one knee!
